If you need help with a Managed Service solution, log into your Control Centre account at www.my.helloyou.ws and fill out a trouble ticket.
- What if my users need help with one of the managed services I ordered,
e.g. I ordered a dedicated managed mail server but my users do not know
how to set up their e-mail account in Outlook Express.
- You can send them to our knowledge base.
- You can subscribe to our help desk service. Your users may contact us via dedicated web forms and receive a response within 48 hours. If you have not yet subscribed to our help desk service you may do so know or provide help yourself to your customers.
