How would I know if there is a problem with my domain transfer?

The best way to detect a problem is to closely track the transfer status
in your Helloyou.ws account. If you find that the transfer has been pending
for more than a week, you should contact us or your current registrar
of the domain to make sure everything is ok.
You will receive an e-mail from Helloyou Web Services when the transfer
has either been cancelled or completed.
Before initiating a transfer you should make sure that:
- The domain has not expired but is still valid for more than a month.
- The domain is not in dispute.
