10 Minutes Network Downtime [ServePath Data Centre]

Many ServePath customers experienced network latency or a complete outage for approximately 10 minutes today from 3:45 p.m. - 3:55 p.m Pacific Time. This was caused by a mistaken router configuration during the implementation of VLANs on our network.
We apologize for the inconvenience this error caused. Normally we would notify you in advance of any router maintenance that is being performed that could result in network performance issues or downtime.
